This website is the home of the coursework work I've done as part of my studies within Gonzaga University's MA in Communication and Leadership program. My academic interests include studying what training and resources women in leadership really need to succeed; analyzing how leaders navigate and adapt their gendered communication styles to their team's needs; and exploring the intersections between digital communications, social media, and pop culture.
