COML 602 - Capstone
My capstone project contributes to the growing landscape of free online leadership development resources that help women and female-identifying individuals (femmes) develop their leadership skills so that they are set up for success when asked to lead in the workplace.
The Aspirational Assessment and the Leadership Style Library are designed to be engaging and broadly inclusive to women and femmes leading in the corporate workplace, public sector, or nonprofit field, regardless of their race, seniority, or previous experience.


CAMPAIGN FOR CHANGE
COML 505 - Digital Storytelling
I designed the @buybetter_consumeconsciously account and associated social media campaign to promote sustainable and socially-responsible buying practices by challenging my followers to put their money where their ethics are.
ENCOMPASS TRAINING SERVICES PORTFOLIO
COML 511 - Communication Training and Consulting
The ENCOMPASS Training Services portfolio articulates my philosophy and approach to training and professional development. I designed ENCOMPASS Training Services to make professional development meaningful, accessible, and equitable. With this project, I sought to offer holistically-designed professional learning experiences that help individuals and groups to find their current coordinates, to take stock of all that they are and all that they want to achieve, and to create a plan for how to get there.


WITH FRIENDS DIGITAL MARKETING PROPOSAL
COML 540 - Digital Media Analysis
I designed the With Friends campaign as a digital marketing solution to amplify the LEGO Friends brand. This campaign aims to not only celebrate the 10th anniversary of the beloved LEGO theme, but to make the theme go global by creating social media channels dedicated to showcasing the passion, creativity, and friendship that each Friends set inspires.
YOU MATTER AT GU
COML 599 - Content Creation and Strategy
In just a few days on campus, my small group and I created a multi-media website to showcase an aspect of Gonzaga University's vibrant community. We decided to focus on a key aspect of the Zag experience that isn't seen or heard – it's felt. The website we designed features a powerful message and resources for current and prospective students: You matter at GU!
